First Day Of Fall

HOORAY! It's the first day of fall! Yes, PSL's have been around for a couple of weeks now, but now it's a little more socially acceptable to be flaunting your love for them. I mean, not like I've ever thought there should be a timeline of when I can decorate my house with pumpkin-inspired pieces and start lighting fall scented Bath & Body Works candles. You don't have to convince me to take part in the basic things such as buying sweaters (even though it's supposed to be in the 90's next week), baking pumpkin muffins, or watching Hocus Pocus. These all come naturally as soon as the first day of fall rolls around.

So what are you most excited for this season?!
If you live in San Diego, obviously we have a little while before it truly starts to feel like fall. Most likely a whole month...
BUT, that shouldn't stop you from grabbing a hot coffee, cranking the AC, and snuggling up to watch your favorite Netflix show. Oh and don't forget to light the yummy candle!

On a fashion related topic, I loved shooting this look! If you know me, you may already understand my love for graphic tees. As a matter of fact, I'm wearing one right now as I type this blog post. I was SO excited when I saw this "you had me at pumpkin spice latte" tee and knew I would get a lot of use out of it this season. It is hands down one of the comfiest tees I own!

Remember the utility vest from Tuesday's post? I told you it is a versatile piece! How great does it look layered over this tee? And it's back in stock online in ALL sizes!

My favorite part about this top? THE SLEEVES. I would say I have a boho style with a preppy/casual twist, so a subtle ruffle on a t-shirt like this makes my heart so happy. Y'all, it's the little things. This detail also makes it easier to add a statement earring that can instantly dress up the entire look.

I hope you all have a fabulous first day of fall and treat yo'self to a pumpkin spice latte! San Diegans, it's currently 70 degrees out, so I think you can get away with a hot one! ;)

XO,
Riley
